Ryan's Poem
The story's told
Of long ago
About a statue, with a head of gold
And its horse
did the hair so shine
running at the speed of light.
How did Achilles become so strong
And at its base
Was all made wrong
For it was built on the perfect warrior
but was too much for a enemy to go away
It stood in the way
In which it give away
When the base was hit
He feel to his knees
Where he was put away
The story's told
Of long ago
About a statue, with a head of gold
And its horse
did the hair so shine
running at the speed of light.
How did Achilles become so strong
And at its base
Was all made wrong
For it was built on the perfect warrior
but was too much for a enemy to go away
It stood in the way
In which it give away
When the base was hit
He feel to his knees
Where he was put away
Buse's Poem
THE BRAVE WARRIOR
With my horse and my shield
I am on my way to the battlefield
Many of my fellow warriors have died
I will remember their fight
So now I am on my way to the battlefield
with no worries nor am I afraid
If I don't make it today
Forever in my mothers heart I will stay
THE BRAVE WARRIOR
With my horse and my shield
I am on my way to the battlefield
Many of my fellow warriors have died
I will remember their fight
So now I am on my way to the battlefield
with no worries nor am I afraid
If I don't make it today
Forever in my mothers heart I will stay
